1. OVERVIEW

KortyaPay gives users full control over their account and personal data. You may request account deletion at any time through the mobile app or official website support channels.

2. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE MOBILE APP

Option 1: Delete Directly from the App

1. Open the KortyaPay Mobile App

2. Go to Profile / Settings

3. Tap on Delete Account

4. Verify using OTP sent to your registered mobile number

5. Confirm permanent deletion

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed immediately or within a reasonable timeframe.

3. REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION VIA EMAIL

If you are unable to access the app or prefer manual assistance, you may request deletion via email.

Steps:

• Send email from your registered email ID

• Mention your registered mobile number

• Use subject: Account Deletion Request

• Send to: support@kortyapay.com

Our team may contact you for identity verification before processing the request.

4. DELETE ACCOUNT THROUGH WEBSITE / SUPPORT

Option 1: Direct Self-Service Deletion (Instant)

1. Visit the official KortyaPay website

2. Go to Account Settings / Delete Account

3. Enter registered mobile number or email ID

4. Complete OTP or email verification

5. Confirm deletion request

Option 2: Manual Deletion Request

If you are unable to delete your account directly, submit a request using your registered email ID or mobile number. Our support team may contact you for verification before processing.

5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ACCOUNT DELETION

• Your profile and login access will be permanently disabled

• You will not be able to access the same account again

• Wallet, cards, and linked services will be closed (if applicable)

• App access and dashboard visibility will be removed

6. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

Please ensure:

• No pending transactions

• No unresolved disputes

• Wallet balance is utilized or withdrawn (if applicable)

Certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance, including:

• RBI guidelines

• KYC / AML record retention requirements

• Fraud prevention and audit obligations

Retained data will be securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.

7. RE-REGISTRATION

If you wish to use KortyaPay again:

• You must register as a new user

• Fresh KYC verification may be required

• Previously deleted accounts cannot be restored

8. COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

KortyaPay processes account deletion requests in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and industry data protection standards.
