The information, features, and services provided through this website, mobile application, and related digital platforms (“Platform”) are made available solely for general information and service facilitation purposes.

Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as a binding offer, solicitation, or commitment unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Payments, Wallet & Financial Services

KortyaPay facilitates access to various digital payment and allied financial services including UPI, AEPS, BBPS-enabled bill payments, FASTag recharge, prepaid wallet and card services, payment gateway and orchestration solutions, international payment facilitation, and other permitted services.

All such services are provided strictly in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, NPCI rules, and the terms prescribed by authorized banks, payment networks, and regulated partners. Availability, limits, and conditions may vary.

3. Lending Services Disclaimer (Loan Service Provider – LSP)

In relation to lending-related services, KortyaPay acts solely as a Loan Service Provider (LSP) in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India’s Digital Lending Guidelines.

KortyaPay does not lend money on its own, does not sanction or approve loans, does not determine loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, or repayment terms, and does not collect loan repayments in its own bank account.

All loans are sanctioned, disbursed, and serviced exclusively by RBI-regulated banks or NBFCs. Loan agreements are executed directly between the borrower and the lending partner.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation. Users are advised to carefully review all documents and independently assess their financial obligations before availing any service.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Certain services are provided or managed by third-party partners including banks, NBFCs, payment networks, and service providers. KortyaPay does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of such third parties.

6. Accuracy & Availability of Information

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, KortyaPay does not guarantee that information on the Platform is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Services and features may be modified or withdrawn due to regulatory or operational requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KortyaPay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, transaction failures, third-party services, or reliance on Platform information.

8. Regulatory Compliance

All services are designed to comply with applicable Indian laws, RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, and other regulatory instructions. Users acknowledge that services may change due to regulatory updates.

9. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, PINs, passwords, and OTPs. KortyaPay shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence.
